This initiative is led by Chamara Somaratne, a global digital transformation expert and the founder of 10PCF. With over 25 years of experience spanning the chip industry, financial services, and public sectors, Chamara brings deep industry insight and a proven track record of building innovation ecosystems. His early engineering career in chip manufacturing and factory automation at GlobalFoundries underpins his vision for Australia’s next generation of chip-driven innovation.
